Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 11 July 2026

We earn business monthly, so this policy is simple and leans in your favour where it reasonably can.

Cancelling your plan

  • Cancel any time from your settings page, or by emailing getintouch@brandscalers.in.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Your campaigns keep running and your dashboard stays available until then.
  • There is no cancellation fee and no notice period beyond the current month.
  • After cancellation, your ad accounts, audiences and data remain yours. We hand over anything we manage on your behalf.

What is refundable

Done-for-you setup after the work is deliveredNot refundable once delivered, since the assets are built in your accounts and stay with you
Ad spend paid to Meta, Google or LinkedInPaid by you directly to those platforms and outside our control; not refundable by us

How refunds are processed

  • Request a refund by emailing getintouch@brandscalers.in with your account email and the reason.
  • We respond within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
