Refund and Cancellation Policy
We earn business monthly, so this policy is simple and leans in your favour where it reasonably can.
Cancelling your plan
- Cancel any time from your settings page, or by emailing getintouch@brandscalers.in.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Your campaigns keep running and your dashboard stays available until then.
- There is no cancellation fee and no notice period beyond the current month.
- After cancellation, your ad accounts, audiences and data remain yours. We hand over anything we manage on your behalf.
What is refundable

| We billed you incorrectly | Full refund of the incorrect amount |
| Extended service outage caused by us during a paid month | Pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period |
| Change of mind partway through a billing month | No partial refund; service continues to the end of the month |
| Done-for-you setup after the work is delivered | Not refundable once delivered, since the assets are built in your accounts and stay with you |
| Ad spend paid to Meta, Google or LinkedIn | Paid by you directly to those platforms and outside our control; not refundable by us |
How refunds are processed
- Request a refund by emailing getintouch@brandscalers.in with your account email and the reason.
- We respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
