Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Jugraj Solutions, the operator of BrandScalers.ai. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. We have kept them as readable as we can while still being precise.
1. The service
BrandScalers.ai is a marketing platform that plans, runs and measures advertising campaigns for your business on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google and LinkedIn, and delivers the resulting enquiries and reporting to you.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and using the service for a business.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give us accurate information. Campaigns built on wrong information are wrong campaigns.
3. Connected advertising accounts
- Ad accounts, pages and pixels we set up for you or connect are owned by you.
- You authorise us to manage campaigns inside those accounts on your behalf, within the plan you have chosen.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and is separate from our fees.
- You can revoke our access at any time; features that depend on that access will stop working.
4. Approvals and responsibility for content
Every ad we prepare is submitted for your approval before it runs. By approving an ad you confirm the claims in it are true for your business and that you have the rights to any material you supplied. We build campaigns to comply with platform policies and applicable advertising rules, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own business, products and qualifications.
5. Plans, billing and taxes
- Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices on our pricing page, plus applicable GST.
- The done-for-you setup is a one-time fee, billed when you order it.
- Prices can change; existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice by email before any increase applies to them.
- If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; the service may be paused until payment succeeds.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from settings or by email, effective at the end of the current billing month. Details, including what is refundable, are in our refund policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Advertise anything illegal, deceptive or prohibited by the ad platforms' policies.
- Make claims about health outcomes, earnings or results that you cannot substantiate.
- Upload data about people you do not have the right to use.
- Probe, disrupt or resell the service without our written agreement.
We can suspend or end accounts that break these rules. Where practical we will warn you first.
8. What we promise, and what we cannot
We promise professional work: campaigns planned with care, managed actively and reported honestly. We cannot and do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes or costs, because outcomes depend on your market, your offer and the ad platforms themselves. Anyone who guarantees you marketing results is telling you what you want to hear.
9. Intellectual property
- The platform, its software and its methods belong to Jugraj Solutions.
- Ad copy and creatives produced for you and approved by you may be used by you freely for your business, during and after your subscription.
- Your business information, your customer data and your leads are yours.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by the advertising platforms, such as account reviews or policy rejections, though we will always help you resolve them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of our registered office.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, account holders get at least 30 days notice by email. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
